Ray-Jans has considerable experience in commercial projects, both large and small. From a multi-million dollar recreational complexes, to state-of-the art agricultural barns, to office, retail and restaurant space, chances are we have tackled it.
For large projects, we are comfortable accepting the role of general contractor and working with a variety of trades and sub-contractors.

 On these countless jobs, we have not only renovated or built new office, commerical and/or industrial buildings, (often to very demanding technical specifications), but we have also installed equipment as needed. This includes mechanical lift devices, wheelchair ramps and specialized washroom fixtures for the handicapped.
Agricultural Projects
We have also built a considerable amount of expertise and experience in building for the agicultural sector. Some of our recent projects there include horse barns, dairy barns, large storage facilities and ithe installation of a robotic milking unit.
